Kei Beauty™ Return Policy: Unopened & Unused Products Only

Kei Beauty™ is committed to your satisfaction. If you're not happy with your purchase, we understand. However, to ensure the hygiene and quality of our products for all our customers, we can only accept returns for:

  • Unopened and Unused Products: Products must be in their original, sealed packaging with tamper-evident seals unbroken.
  • Damaged Products: If your Kei Beauty™ product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We'll be happy to arrange a replacement or refund.
  • Please include clear photos of the damaged product and packaging for faster resolution.

Return Window:

You have 14 days from the date of receipt to request a return.

How to Request a Return:

  1. Contact Kei Beauty™ customer service via email at support@keibeauty.co.
  2. Let us know the reason for your return and provide us with your order number.
  3. We'll provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return your product safely.

Return Shipping:

You are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked shipping method for your peace of mind.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive your returned product and confirm it meets the above conditions, we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Original shipping costs will not be refunded.

We Cannot Accept Returns For:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products damaged due to misuse or neglect
